IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our systems and networks.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Perform system analysis and design to develop and maintain computer systems Create and maintain technical documentation related to IT systems Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware, software, and networks Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to IT systems Monitor system performance and security measures Maintain user accounts and security privileges Train users on new IT systems and software Provide technical support to users What You Have:
A degree or relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relate field Experience with operating systems (including, but not limited to, Windows 10 and 11) Knowledge of hardware and software installation and management Knowledge of networking, routing, and security protocols Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Why Becks?Beck's is a 100% Employee-Owned retail operator of fuel, convenience, car wash, and gaming with locations throughout North-Central Illinois.
